#summerdessertweek frozen fruit cupcakes

  • 2 cans full fat coconut milk
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit chopped
  • 2-4 tbs sweetener of choice agave, date sugar, coconut sugar, etc


  • Mix coconut milk and sweetener, and stir in the fruit.
  • Ladle into paper or foil lined baking cups/muffin tin
  • Freexe until firm
