chocolate dipped almond butter balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
  • 3/4 cup Allulose sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 TBS melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For the coating
  • dark chocolate chopped fine and melted

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients
  • Shape into balls and refrigerate 20 minutes
  • Dip into melted chocolate and allow to set.
  • Enjoy!
