Mahon Cheese and starfruit with lemon pepper oil

  • 1 cup Mahon cheese diced
  • 3 small starfruit sliced and seeded
  • 3 TBS lemon infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper


  • Arrange alternating cheese and starfruit on skewers or toothpicks; drizzle with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
  • Best served at room temperature.
