I’ve got a solution for you.
Grilled marinated chicken skewers with a creamy lemon ginger curry sauce.
Tender chicken breasts soaked in a soy/lemon ginger garlic marinade and grilled to perfection.
With a creamy lemon ginger curry sauce that is amazing… my kids have now requested it for their french fries (!!!!!)
Lemon ginger curry chicken skewers
- 6 boneless chicken breasts, cubed int 2" size
- 1 cup Stash Lemon Ginger Tea, brewed and separated in 1/2 cup portions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp EACH salt/ pepper
- Combine the 1/2 cup tea, soy sauce and minced garlic . Pour over raw chicken and allow to marinate at least 4 hoursSkewer chicken and grill until doneMeanwhile, mix the remaining 1/2 cup of tea, sour cream and spices in a bowl. Allow flavors to meld at least 1 hour. Serve alongside grilled chicken.
