Chai chia breakfast pudding
- 1/2 cup strong brewed Stash chai tea
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp raw honey
- Brew tea and allow to cool to room temp.Stir in the chia seeds and wait 10-15 minutes. Stir (mixture will begin to thickenStir in yogurt and honeyAllow to set 5-10 minutes or overnight. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
