Kentucky firecrackers~ finally! Something to do with saltines!My husband bugged me for 48 hours to make these. It’s another recipe discovery from him for this site… he’s now up to 3 recipes here. Atomic buffalo turds and Hawaiian poke are the other two. (In case you were wondering) Anyway, ha found it on one of his “man” sites (sports stuff) and showed it to me, they seemed weird… so I made them. Now, before you get grossed out or bummed it’s not a cupcake, keep reading. There’s some things you may like hearing about in this post.
 (That have nothing to do with fish-or balls for that matter.)
Yes, these were my “tuna balls” the yummy dish with the gross name. I finally thought of a name. Ya-hoo to that. You can most likely make them with chicken or other types of fish… I made these with tuna, because my hubby went on a fishing trip and came home with a ton of tuna- and I was wanting something other than sushi (can you believe that?!) For the contest, we wee prompted to create a recipe with 5 ingredients or less. Fab with Five, catchy, huh?! Ta-da! 
Oooo… you guys will love these. Mmmm. Not only are they way easy…they’re darn tas-teeee.And, they re-heat nice for a grab n go breakfast, too. They have cheese… and broccoli. But, you could do spinach, too. Next time I’m trying spinach. This is one of my new faves…I’m sure of it. But, before [...]
