I have been having a hard time deciding on dinner lately… my mind has been on bigger things. Our mortgage, bills, my car, and raising awareness for problems that exist here in our country.

One in particular is childhood hunger, and there is a campaign going on right now with Share Our Strength and Yahoo. Basically, Yahoo has committed to donate $20,000 to Share Our Strength-a national nonprofit working to end childhood hunger in America.  The organization has ambitious goals and is working creatively to meet them, making sure that children don’t just have enough to eat, but that they are getting the nutrition they need to learn, grow and thrive.

You can show your support by making your homepage Yahoo, by clicking this link.

Things like that distract you, you know.

So, she makes some really tasty dressings, sauces and mustard-but my absolute favorite was this:

It’s perfect. I think I could drink it with a straw if that were socially acceptable. Hey… I could add a splash to tomato juice, couldn’t I? Hmmm there’s a thought.

For the contest, we wee prompted to create a recipe with 5 ingredients or less. Fab with Five, catchy, huh?!

Ta-da!

Most of you guys remember last month when I flew away to Texas, to shoot a little webisode for Frito Lay’s Flavor Kitchen. Well, now I can finally tell you more about it. Why?

It’s going public!!!  (I still haven’t seen it yet. Can I tell you how nervous/excited I am?)

And, to [...]
