spinach stuffed flank steak

It begins with garlic… oh the glory of garlic….

Mix your chopped garlic with butter and dab it all over your flank steak…and put some coarse salt and fresh ground pepper all over it.

Oops… this is blurry. Sorry. It’s a mixture similar to the spinach stuffed chicken breasts except with some chopped fresh basil added to the mix and extra garlic-butter from earlier.


Wrap it up like a big tortilla… and secure with cooton kitchen twine. (I love that stuff)


I baked it about 45min at 350. It was well done at the ends and pink in the center. Enjoy!
