 Remember a little while back I started the Green Giant Veg Pledge? It was where I started eating an extra cup of vegetables everyday. Me and the family.  I made a pasta salad over the weekend. And, a seaside cake. But, since my last post was cake.. I thought I’d give you a break on cake. See how much I love y’all?! Speaking of cake, I may attempt some of those cake pops later… we’ll see. I have a lot of leftover cake [...] 
 There is another name for this, Swisstacular Spinach Bake. But, I like the word cheesy better. And, the other title makes me think it’s all Swiss-y and actually, there’s other cheese in there, too.It calls for 5oz of shredded Swiss cheese, but it’s actually a blend of Swiss and Gruyere.  I realized a few things recently: one- the tortellini recipe I posted- the filling made waaaay to much, so here it is, resurfacing like an ugly sweater from your eccentric aunt.
