This is not what we had for dinner last night, but it was dessert. We had spinach stuffed flank steak, I just didn’t want to be redundant with the spinach thing. (sorry, Popeye) For this you’ll need: 1 stick melted butter 1 1/2 c white sugar 1 c brown sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 c flour 1 c oats 6oz peanut butter chips Super easy! Just combine all ingredients in the order listed and spread into a 9×13 (nonstick) pan. Bake at 350 for 35min. Enjoy. Save
